BATHROOMS

If you are looking for a new bathroom, ensuite, wetroom or cloakroom then we are happy to provide a free of charge design consultation with our designer Jo who is very creative.  We also have a large range of products through our many suppliers and a great team of tradesmen.

Initial design consultation meeting
Jo, our designer, will visit you to take the measurements, pictures and technical information and also discuss your requirements and budget. At this stage, if you have any photos, mood boards or ideas about what you’d like to achieve and the look and feel, then you can share them with Jo. You are also welcome to visit our showroom to get some inspiration and bring along your own plans and drawings, or your architect’s plans.

Design stage
Once Jo is armed with all the information she’ll get to work to create a bathroom, ensuite, wetroom or cloakroom design for you. One that will not only be beautiful, but functional. She’ll create a 3D design so that you can get a real feel for what the room will look like and will email this to you so that you can review it at your leisure.

Feedback stage
A couple of days later Jo will call you to see if you’ve had a chance to review the design. If you have she can either discuss this over the phone or you can email her your feedback. Or if you’d prefer to come in to the showroom to discuss your feedback then she can book an appointment with you and tweaks can then be made to the design if required.

Product Proposal stage
Once the design is approved Jo will put together the product proposal and costings and will invite you to the showroom to discuss this and the finishes of your bathroom design. At this stage you may wish to make further tweaks to the design or finishes of the bathroom. If you decide to proceed we can get a fit date booked in.

We have a number of beautiful displays at our showroom and use a number of high quality suppliers such as Mereway, Aqualisa, Burlington, The White Space, Tavistock, Gerberit, Grohe and many more. We can also supply quartz, granite and laminate worktops, plus a beautiful selection of ceramic, porcelain and natural stone floor and wall tiles.

Project Management stage
At this stage Louise, our Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom Administrator, will book in all the tradesmen – bathroom fitter, electrician, plasterer and floor fitter. She’ll also send you details of the timings of your new bathroom, a breakdown of the payment schedule and answer any questions you may have.

Installation stage
We have a small team of trusted tradesmen that we have been working with since 2012. Kym, our bathroom fitter is brilliant and has great attention to detail. Plus he’s very punctual, tidy and precise. He’ll work alongside the other team of tradesmen who work to a very high standard too.
